Industrial butter packaging
The packaging machine was the last element of the production line to be mechanised, removing the human presence from the manufacture process, with exceptions only in smaller factories.
At current it is possible for a butter packaging to produce up to 125 blocks per minute with 98% accuracy rates. At this speed it’s possible for one packaging machine to fill a container transporting 15,000 packs in only 2 hours.
It’s the perpetual motion of the dairy production process that drives the need for humans to be replaced by mechanised systems such as these.
