Precision drill seeder
The pneumatic precision seed drill is the most efficient way of planting seed for mass production. The miracle that is a seed - a vessel of biological information and life in a piece of hard, fibrous material- has now reached the 21st Century. Precision drilling works for a large variety of natural, coated or pelleted seeds and can be tailored to specific crop types, crop densities and spacings. Modern drills use multiple IsoMatch cameras to retain full control and overview of entire process operation from every angle, with night-vision by integrated LED’s.
INDUSTRIAL CROP THRESHER

star lifter
One of the more laborious jobs previously done by man is now achieved in a fraction of the time and with far greater results. The thresher hacks away the crop with precision; the beater studs separate the seeds and the stems; Chaff and dust are winnowed away by the blower. The clear seed is collected through sieves (adjustable, to suit the crop, meaning one never has to have too many threshers). An internal fan cleans the seeds and a belt moves the seed from the grain outlet to the tractor trolley.
Lifting bulbs from the ground is dirty work. With the raiser/ topper/ star-lifter, the choice of manual or hydraulic agitation and auto-depth control features means the task can be achieved in hours. Tons of bulbs can be turned over and laid out in rows, ready to begin drying. This takes weeks too the quicker and more efficiently those bulbs are surfaced, the quicker the onions can dry and be sold on. This requires less energy than the other components in the process as it is essentially a large, more-technical hoe.

Once the bulbs have dried on the surface of the field collecting the many tons of crop is made simple with the crop harvester. Two large conveyor belts, either side of the combine run the length of the crop lines and carry the crop up and into the trailer. Despite the bulb being dry and hard by this point, and the machines being incredibly efficient, some damage still occurs to the crop (and the yield as a result), so the necessity for the most efficient machines for the unique environments is important.
